Work From Home Guides
August 10, 2021
Time sure flies fast. I can’t believe the first month of 2021 is almost over. Here I am with my first post of the year and I would like to share with you again another opportunity to work from home. Our company is hiring once again.
Details on how to apply can be found on Jobstreet but what I would like to share is what exactly will you be working on. A little bit of information on whether this might be a good fit for you.
The job title is called Outbound Sales Agent but you’re not exactly going to be making phone calls all throughout your shift. It’s more on sending and responding to emails and making phone calls only if a contact makes a request. I personally wouldn’t even consider the process as a sales kind of work as you’ll be mainly providing information, answering questions, and letting contacts know why you’re sending an email. All of which will be taught during training. If you’re curious about the percentage of emails and calls, I’ll say it’s about 85% email and 15% phone call.
The salary for me is competitive enough to make me leave my previous office job. Just a heads-up, there are no other benefits except for the fact that you get to work from home. It’s one of the common things about freelancing or work from home jobs. It’s very rare to have HMO or other benefits like 13th-month pay. The shift is for 8 hours only. It’s totally up to you how you’ll manage your time as long as you get to do the assigned tasks. The pay is done weekly either through Upwork or Golance which you can transfer directly to your bank account. The transfer process takes as fast as a few minutes only.
The training is free and you absolutely won’t need to pay anything. You’ll be the one paid once you passed your training which is fairly easy. It’s been a year since I started working here and It’s been great. I no longer have to commute, It’s easy to file leaves if needed and most of all the pay is quite good.
We also get opportunities for growth where we can take on different roles as they become available. Speaking of different roles we are also hiring Quality Assurance Agents so do check that out in case you have previous experience in QA.
All in all, I would definitely encourage anyone to try applying to our company and get a jumpstart this year. If you have any questions please leave a comment and I’ll try to answer any questions as much as possible. Good luck!
Update: The job posting has been taken down. I’m assuming that we already have enough people hired. I’ll be posting again should we have new job openings or should I come across legit companies who are hiring. In the meantime check out my other posts on how and where to find work-from-home opportunities. Good luck!
